who else ?  chao Phetsarath. back then his position was Maha-Uparath, or ( Ong) known as a Chinese.(  Maha Uparath and Chao Ong) same position as Prime-Minister at a present day.. Anything want to know Bro,555.. Just kiding.

 impossible to search due to after 1975 new gov regime they destroy huge value history document and text book can use for generation to come . nononono
