Its depending on where i live, if i live far from where i work, of course it' should a Car. But if i live close to where i work it' should the house and i'll take the Bus. and in the case of your question, Earn some $$$ ? by how much ? Is it enough to pay off the house? if enough to pay off the house then i'll buy the house. if not enough to buy a house then i'll go with the car. Simple as that.555.

I would buy a car first, then build a house.
