After 20 years of smoking. I am now trying to quit as I've seen too many who were closed to me died of lung cancers. It's been 2 years now I haven't touched a cigarettes but I'm still chewing those damn nicotine gum, they're so addictive as well.

the best way to quit smoking is " make a decision" i think quiting is not that hard as long as you really want to quit it// good luck for all smoker.
