(KPL) All pick-up trucks of less than five tonnes that originate in Vietnam will be allowed to enter and be sold in Laos, the Ministry of Industry and Trade said on September 15.
There will be no cap on import volume so that importers may respond directly to the demand of the Lao market, the Ministry added.
However, certificates of origin need to be presented for all imported trucks, and such imports will still be governed by the Lao Government?s import regulations.
When I visited Vietnam in February this year, by road in the South of Lao, I saw trucks and even our car....allowed to cross to Vietnam, another word we already did that....to Kontum Vietnam. So trucks from Thailand passed through LAO and go to Vietnam also already occured. You may miss many news. I also saw pictures from tourists from LAO going to Vietnam by cars in Flick.com .

Recently I saw a document of BBC telling us about South Korean people eating dog meat, BBC said that South Korean eat at least 1 million dog meat a year, they also saw us Korean people even had Dogs Farms, where they raised dogs like chicken and pigs for meat.....for South Korean they think dog meat is Yummy....it believe when you eat dog meat, it provides heat so, a kind of ego for SEX, you don't need Viagra, for people who already ate dog meat they said it Delicious. So dog meat helped you to serve your woman well, Good Sex, there you are, believe it or not it's up to you. For me I experienced something different, in Lao we call 'BEE KARTHING DORNG LAW' one of my good friend gave just one small glass of this stuff....and believe it or not my TOOL was up all night, and next is my Private.

What's wrong? but I 've never killed my own dog and eat them, Sometimes invited by a friend to have BBQ on the street, i remember there was a BBQ dog shop near the Dongdok University We used to eat there. for now it has been a few years that i haven't eaten any dog meat. thanks my friend haha
