3,Phongsavanh Bank
4.ST bank
5. Lao construction Bank ( will be open in the next year, i guess?)
6.Chinese Bank near the Morning Market?
7.Bangkok Bank nears the ministry of education

I have a question for you all.... Why do they name it..."Lao Construction Bank"??? If majority of investors are Taiwanese??? Why not name it.. Taiwan Construction Bank..

I can see if 65% of investors are Laotians and 35% Taiwanese, then call it.. Lao Construction Bank.
