i like how they incoporated the little pond for sightseeing and relaxing within the trade center.

$15 millions are not enought For this. it's will cost alot more than $15 millions.

It is possible because it depends on how smart the duilder is. They may use the cheap material but good quality. Look at the cost of the new Lao construction Bank buildings with 8 floors, it cost only US 1,5 million.

According to the picture this project must cost at least 150 million dollars not just 15 million.
