Its in Lao, taken at Don Chan palace. the plate appears white likely because of reflection from sun or the spot llight used for the photo shoot.

please please dont think everything good cannot belong to laos, and like my lao brotehr said those pics were taken in front of donchan palace. laos hotel and its okay if you misunderstood as long as you learned the truth.

Still car show and photo shoot was taken in Don Chan Palace in VNT. Maybe some rich Thai went across to Laos to watch or participate in the car show. But posted "You tube" shows that luxury cars are also available in Laos. And you all know that at least a few can afford to buy 'em.
