Is this road constructed by Cambodian ? where is it exactly located in Vientiane, and why its name is Phanompeng, the capital city of Cambodia ?
It's not strange because in Australia, I believe in Wollongong of New South Wales State, it has a street with an asian name, but I could not recall about the name of that street now.
It's in Ban Anou, parallel to Th Samsenthai. At one end of it is the National Museum, at the other end is Th Chao Anou. Interesting thing is, nearby is Saigon Road & Hanoi Road :)
