2) Any area in Lao where North Vietnamese Army (aka Vietcong/Vietminh) are and any area in Laos where they use Laos as their personal HIGHWAY to transport their weapons to South Vietnam.
You might ask yourself why didn't the Vietcongs just use their own highway to sneak their weapons all the way to Southvietnam? Because it would be a stupid move. They know after the war they will UXO problem on their hands. So they decided to be sneaky and use Lao instead.

Anotherthing, I read Vietnamese too. I almost never see a discussion about American force fighting in Vietnam and how agent orange was used to clear the forest. They just recognized the problem and find way to fix it. The y moved forward instead of dwelling on the past.

The unexplosed bomb is the most serious problem that effects the socio-economic development in Laos. As you have known the lao who are framers cover more than 70% of Lao population. So some question I would like to ask here, can they do their work smoothly on the bombs? who should have liability for the damage and the existing problems? Do you think that problems are not yours and forgot it?

well, good questions. 1. ofcoz they can not do they work smoothly under threat from the bombs. 2. finding the ways to solve problem is easier than finding ppl to be responsible for this. 3. as a laotiane, i have never forgot what my blooded ppl are facing.... there are many ways to contribute and to help them.... i might have not skill to work in UXO projects, but i do what i can and avoid doing anything to ruin them.
