adopting a chinese baby will not make him automatically good in business when he grows up. teh bloodline is not the basis for being good business manager. it is the training... you see, most chinese business man train their children to handle business at a very young age. they start by asking their children to assis in running a store for example. the child will start on simple tasks like arranging the storage box or displayed products, watching over customers, etc. then as he gets older he will be directly assisting customers, handling the cash register and things like that.
anybody can become good businessman if you start learning the business early on in life. through that process you will experience some upturns and downturns, which will later on guide you in the decision making process for running the business. critical analysis on actual and potential market is also very important and choosing the right product for the captured audience.
