Are Lao people educated oversea such as Australia, Japan, USA, etc..entitled to a high salary compare to those who graduate inside the country, such as from the National University of Laos, Lao American college, etc.. why and why not ? and what is your reason ?
It' depend on What's your majors? let' say you got master degree in business in Australia and go back home and get hire to work in the commerce department, and Yes you're entitle to get a higher salary than people who graduated in the State Univercity in Laos , that difinitely..another exsample, If I have a mas
I think we should consider base on their experience, not the university or country they graduate from. Many rich families can send their children to study abroad, but small number of those students that qualify as the high quality. And some of them even don't know how to apply what they learnt to the real situation in Laos.

because i can speak chinese, english and Lao, but those who graduated in Laos can only speak english and Lao... i get only $1000 USD monthly . it's ok for a living and ha pou sao noy lol
Being able to speak third language is not mean you will get higher salary, if your job has nothing to deal with the business from those countries. and If you boss is Lao, it is not important to know more than just Lao and English
It should be based on your education (regardless of where you got your diploma), your work experience, your work skills, your knowledge of the job, your attitude, your goal with the company, your personality skill, how we get along with other worpkers and knowledge of the company.
My company required us to take 10 hours of self improvement class every 3 months and 1 special project a year that has nothing with our job. We are also require to write a report on our progress within the company and where we want to be with the company in 5 years.
I think this is how they determine our salary and if we get a raise.
ok now if you graduate from oversea and come back, get a job but you can do not a job , but the 1 graduate from lao univ and get a job but he can do a job every good and love to learn the new thing. do you will pay the 1 graduate from over sea or u will pay to the 1 job from lao univ.? alot of people graduate from oversea and come home work, and can not do a job that they request.
