I can't believe our soldiers are doing this to our citizen. The military officers are supposed to serve and help our people. Since they represent our government employees, they should adhere to moral and ethical principles. Our government has to stop this disgraceful and shameful behavior.

Complaining without doing anything, you can not solve the problem. If you are sure that it is your land and ownership, why dont you submit the complaint to Court. I am sure they will do their job fairly. (Make sure you have land title).
Do not be afraid to submit it as soon as possible........................If you negotiation failed..

he said the truth, I heard about such the thing 2-3 years ago. may be our government don't know about it, maybe a local government did it alone
that soldier where he work ?work for muang or khuang.? you should know and complain to where he work. or you can complain direct to chaomuang ,chao kheang., and chef the village where he is?. he should know about his villager have probleme .., if military will use that land they should find the land to replace for him.
dokdumduan xeu muan and beautiful name. you know laos is lawless you can complain all you want but how far you complain can go and is useless dumduan. i think we need a lot of change in our law. i remeber BLM said about many reforms need it in laos. what do you think?

It is impossible for the solder in the case mention above. That solder must be uneducated. If the government know that he will not be a solder again. What you should do is if you have the note of the land and prove that that land is yours, please find the lawyer, or find someone who knows about Lao law to consult them first. Secondly, International NGO is the one who can help you in this case if normal people can not do that. The government is clever enough I think. Because this case, it is about corruption. Please read cooruption law of Laos. If you can do that the land will be yours 100%.
Nowadays, especially normal people suffer a lot from greedy people who have power. As now the government open and allow local to set up Non Government Organisation (NGO). I think if we have one NGO to prenvent the kind of above case, Lao people will have better life.
why don't you try on youtube or twitter. as you know iranian do a revolution on it. obama won sympathy and presidency, don't underestimate this kind of tools.
