How to light up the SEA GAME Flame in Laos?

The lighting of flame seems to be the hightlight for the big sport event like Olympic or SEA GAMES. I wonder how and to what method Laos will use to light up the SEA GAMES Flame 2009 in Vientiane

get several tons of UXOs, put them in the shape of Laos, and train an elephant to push a button to explode them to light the flame. After that, you would have a hole in the ground shaped like Laos, then we should bring buffallos to pull a cart of dok champa and will the hole with the flowers. It's symbolic.

Either that or we fill a bunch of beerlao bottles with gasoline and throw them
