I'm not qualified to give an opinion on these matters since the facts are always shady, but I just hope the government does the right thing for the right reasons. Some may be corrupt, but I will give them the benefit of doubt that most are not stupid.

if you are unique because u r the weathiest, people will respect you. But if you are still remaining and look poor comapre to other countries surround you, then u will be looked down, and called crazy.

that seems like good news to me so that instead of paying up millions or billions of debt owed, this money will be distributed instead to help the locals who need them...for infrastructire projects, for social security, etc.

If Laos has skycraper, do they have money for keeping up with maintenance and utility bills and I hope the tall building will have occupancies, do not let it empty like skycrapers in Xian, China.
