laotians aren't the only ones that eat padaek. koreans have a type of padaek. filipinos also. and the thai word for padaek is PALAH cause some thais secretly enjoy eating padaek too, believe it or not. and how come at almost every thai restaurant they serve laab and sticky rice and sticky rice mango like its authentic thai food?
