What are advantages and disadvantages for Laos to host SEA GAMES?

1, advantages for Laos is tourism,

2. disadvantages for Laos is none. Laos will not win alot of gold medals but the Sea game will bring in alot of tourist and money to the country.

No doubt, Laos would gain lots of benefits, at least people will know where is Laos located.

disadvantages:

- We will lost big pieces of land near Thatluang marsh for china town project, just we want to have that small stadium for sea games

- large amount of money goes to sport instead of poverty reduction in remote area.

- mostly traditional sports will be competed in the game, while many sports that reconized by Olypic were drop out from the games.
