That's true, the people living in the very remote regions in Laos are not familiar with toilets. Nowadays, theses cases are rare. But it's not necessary for an elephant to have the excess to toilet, why not provide sanitation for the poor human beings instead.

Last time I heard from somone who complained that even toilets they need help from other nation.

I really agree with him. They have forces and can build by themseves unless they are too lazy.

If they don't know how to build then government has to provide an assistance. They can be tought by technical people.

sadly, many ethnic groups in Laos don't have those 2 assets.
