Only way to stop corruption is to start 'naming and shaming' - if you know of an official (even if, or expecially if, they are a politburo member) then you must advertise their corrupt practices - tell people what they do. How to do that? Media is controlled by them so cannot use the media. But you could use the internet, and open an anti-corruption website, where people could discuss the activities of government officials without getting into trouble.

Only in court the corruptors can be judged. How would you know if they do corruption? Blaming somebody without evidences is not good way to do. Imagine, if somebody criticize you but you do nothing bad, how would you feel.

I dont think the report is reliable and reflecting the actual situation. on what basis and how and what kind of data? who is behind this kind of report? USA USA USA or who??? any political aspect? what do think about some other countries like Cambodia, Thailand, etc.

hey, what court in Laos is available for corruption hearings? Answer is that the judges are also corrupt, so, i stand by my statement about 'public shaming' - of course there needs to be evidence, and in that way the website can be a kind of 'peoples court' - where evidence is put forward for and against a corrupt official.  And if someone feels they are being treated unfairly they can also give an answer on the website. There is nothing wrong with this.

It seems to me you really look down Lao people. Every where people are good and bad. Not all Lao people are bad, beer in mind and think twice if you are not mad.

You seem are really clever. Where you can do like that just look down other people? Even in USA if you do like that you will go to prison.
