This is a very good news from Phongsavanh bank, the only 5-star bank in Laos. In the next 3 years from now, the bank will install 100 ATM in 3 big provinces: Vientiane, Luang Prabang and Savannakhet. By the end of 2010, the plan to install ATM in every provinces in Laos. More info read the lao version news

   ກ່ຽວກັບເລື່ອງນີ້ ທ່ານ ຟອດ ເຟຍ, ອຳນວຍການທະນາຄານພົງສະຫວັນໄດ້ເປີດເຜີຍວ່າ: ພາຍຫລັງ ທະນາຄານພົງສະຫວັນ ໄດ້ເຊັນສັນຍາຊື້ຕູ້ເອທີເອັມ ຈຳນວນ 100 ຕູ້ ມູນຄ່າ 2 ລ້ານກວ່າໂດລາສະຫະລັດ ກັບ ບໍລິສັດ Diebold ຈຳກັດ ແລະ ບໍລິສັດ Position ຈຳກັດ ຈາກປະເທດໄທ ໃນທ້າຍເດືອນກໍລະກົດຜ່ານມານີ້. ທະນາຄານພົງສະຫວັນຈະເລີ່ມຕິດຕັ້ງຕູ້ ເອທີເອັມ ພາຍໃນຕົ້ນເດືອນກັນຍານີ້. ໂດຍຈະເລີ່ມ 3 ເຂດເສດຖະກິດຂະຫຍາຍຕົວໄວເປັນ ຕົ້ນ ນະຄອນຫລວງວຽງຈັນ ຈຳນວນ 8 ຕູ້. ສ່ວນຫລວງພະບາງ ແລະ ສະຫວັນນະເຂດຍັງ ບໍ່ທັນສາມາດລະບຸຈຳນວນຕູ້ໄດ້ເທື່ອ. ຄາດວ່າພາຍໃນປີ 2007 ຈະຕິດຕັ້ງສຳເລັດ.

   ສ່ວນ 14 ແຂວງທີ່ຍັງເຫລືອ ທະນາຄານພົງສະຫວັນ ມີແຜນຈະຕິດຕັ້ງໃຫ້ສຳເລັດພາຍ ໃນປີ 2009 ທ່ານ ຟອດ ເຟຍ ລະບຸວ່າ: ຖ້າຫາກວ່າທະນາຄານພົງສະຫວັນ ຕິດຕັ້ງຕູ້ເອທີ ເອັມສຳເລັດຕາມແຜນການວາງໄວ້, ທະນາຄານພົງສະຫວັນຈະມີຕົວເລກລູກຄ້າພຸ່ງຂຶ້ນບັນລຸ 125.000 ຄົນ ຈາກຕົວເລກລູກຄ້າໃນປະຈຸບັນ 7.000 ຄົນ, ຂະນະດຽວກັນ ທ່ານຍັງໄດ້ລະ ບຸອີກວ່າ: ຈາກຕົວເລກທີ່ສູງຂຶ້ນຄືດັ່ງກ່າວນັ້ນ, ຈະເຮັດໃຫ້ທະນາຄານພົງສະຫວັນມີຍອດເງິນ ສູງຂຶ້ນເຖິງ 15% ຖ້າທຽບໃສ່ຍອດເງິນທະນາຄານທັງ7 ໃນ ສປປ ລາວ ຈາກຕົວເລກຍອດ ບັນຊີເງິນຝາກໃນທະນາຄານພົງສະຫວັນໃນປະຈຸບັນມີພຽງ 4 ລ້ານກວ່າໂດລາສະຫະລັດ. 

   ທ່ານ ຍັງລະບຸອີກວ່າ: ຄາດວ່າພາຍໃນປີ 2010 ທະນາຄານພົງສະຫວັນ ຈະເປັນທະນາ ຄານທາງເລືອກລະດັບ 5 ດາວ ໂດຍຈະເນັ້ນການບໍລິການທີ່ດີໃຫ້ແກ່ລູກຄ້າທີ່ມາໃຊ້ບໍລິການ ເຊິ່ງຈະສາມາດແຂ່ງຂັນເທົ່າທຽມກັບທະນາຄານອື່ນໄດ້.

   ປະຈຸບັນ ທະນາຄານພົງສະຫວັນ ໄດ້ຂະຫຍາຍສາຂາໄປແຂວງສະຫວັນນະເຂດຄາດວ່າ ອີກບໍ່ດົນຈະຂະຫຍາຍໄປແຂວງຈຳປາສັກ ແລະ ຫລວງພະບາງ, ມູນຄ່າການກໍ່ສ້າງທ່ານຍັງ ບໍ່ທັນລະບຸອອກມາເປັນຕົວເລກໄດ້ເທື່ອ.
