Deputy Head of Lao National Tourism Administration (LNTA) in a meeting with Iranian Ambassador to Laos Mohsen Pak-Ayeen called for utilization of Iran's experience in tourism sector.
At the meeting on Friday, the Lao official also called for participation of Iranian investors in building hotels in his country.
He added that UNESCO has introduced five areas in Laos as the world tourist center, adding that this can attract many tourists to the country.
He welcomed Pak-Ayeen's three proposals and underlined that he will do his best to implement them.
Appointment of an Iranian honorary tourism representative in Laos, dispatch of a delegation of Lao tourism agencies to Iran and exchange of reporters specialized in tourism were the three proposals submitted by the Iranian diplomat.
Meanwhile, Pak-Ayeen declared the readiness of Mahan Air Co.
to establish a new flight from Tehran to Laos.
Besides, the Iranian ambassador invited the LNTA head to visit Tehran in future.
