i don't know the name, but i saw it in a Lao music video...that bridge do exist in Laos...it's just not a big Border crossing.

This is the first Paksé bridge that accros the Sédone river in Paksé. This bridge exist since french's prtectorat. This bridge was concepted and managed the construction by the Prince Souphanouvong like engineer chief when he was young or before he became revolutionary.
It's clear now !
